Not at all! The exercises are gentle, guided, and beginner-friendly. Each class is designed to meet you where you are, whether you’re new to pelvic health or continuing your wellness journey.

Most sessions require little to no equipment

Just:

  • A yoga mat or comfortable surface
  • Some space to move
  • Comfortable clothing
  • A stable internet connection

Yes. Since all classes are led by a licensed professional, modifications are offered for different needs. However, if you have a specific medical condition, please consult your healthcare provider first.

Consistency matters. Most participants find that 1-2 session per week and continuing exercises on rest of the days help them feel stronger, healthier, and more connected to their bodies.

Each session is a guided, live group exercise class focused on improving pelvic health in a safe, supportive environment. 

You'll be led through a structured routine that may include:

  • Gentle warm-up and breathing techniques.
  • Pelvic floor activation or relaxation exercises (depending on the class focus).
  • Core stability and flexibility exercises
  • Simple education to help you understand why you're doing each exercise.

You can choose a session based on your symptoms or goals—whether that's strengthening, relaxation, pregnancy, postpartum, or overall pelvic health. If you are unsure which session is right for you, you are always welcome to reach out for guidance.

You can join from the comfort of your home, and participation is always at your own pace. 

These sessions are designed to be educational and exercise-based, not medical consultations. No individual diagnosis or treatment is provided, but you'll gain practical tools and a better understanding of your body which can ultimately help in improving your symptoms..

No. These are guided exercise sessions led by a licensed Pelvic Health Physical Therapist designed for general pelvic health but focused on conditions like incontinence, pelvic pain, constipation, pregnancy, postpartum abdominal other bladder issues. They are not a substitute for one-on-one physical therapy, evaluation, or medical care.

Not at all. Many people join to:

  • Prevent issues
  • Improve strength or flexibility to reduce ongoing symptoms and improve quality of life
  • Better understand their pelvic health 

That's completely understandable. You can:

  • Keep your camera off
  • Participate silently
  • Go at your own pace

You're never required to share anything personal.

 

These are group sessions, so individual assessment or treatment is not provided. However, since the sessions are live, your instructor will provide you cues and modifications to help you follow along safely and correctly. 

Depending on the class focus, sessions may support:

  • Urinary and/or fecal leakage
  • Pelvic floor weakness or tightness
  • Pelvic Pain
  • Core stability
  • Pregnancy related issues
  • Postpartum recovery
  • Chronic Constipation
  • General pelvic awareness

Each session typically lasts around 45-60 minutes. 

Yes—there may be opportunities for general questions. You may also sign for my Free Educational and Q&A sessions to ask your questions. For privacy, you may also choose to message/email questions instead of speaking.

Some sessions may be recorded for quality training and educational purposes. You will be informed in advance, and you can choose to keep your camera off.

There are specific sessions designed for prenatal and postnatal participants. It is advisable to obtain clearance from your doctor before participating in exercises classes. If you have medical concerns, it's always best to check with your healthcare provider before joining.

Due to the live nature of the sessions, missed classes are typically non-refundable. Please refer to our cancellation policy for details.

  • There's no long-term commitment or subscription required—you can join sessions based on your needs and schedule.

Most importantly, these sessions are designed specifically for pelvic health, combining targeted exercises with education, rather than generic fitness routines.

Free educational sessions are short, live online sessions designed to help you better understand common pelvic health concerns in a simple, approachable way. 

These sessions typically cover topics like:

  • Urinary leakage
  • Pelvic pain or discomfort
  • Pelvic heaviness/pressure
  • Bladder and bowel habits and common misconceptions
  • Pregnancy and Postpartum related information
  • Other educational information related to pelvic health

You'll learn practical tips and gain clarity on issues that are often confusing or overlooked. 

They are open to anyone—whether you're currently experiencing symptoms or just want to learn more about pelvic health.

You may also have the opportunity to ask general questions in a comfortable, low-pressure setting. These sessions are purely educational and do not include evaluation or treatment.
